Intercultural Learning Labs
Intercultural growth does not happen through awareness alone. It requires ongoing learning, reflection, and practice.
The Intercultural Learning Labs are interactive, 2-hour experiences designed to help participants deepen their intercultural competence and apply it to real-world leadership, communication, and collaboration challenges.
Each Learning Lab explores a specific aspect of intercultural competence, from understanding cultural values and communication styles to navigating conflict, building trust, and leading across difference.
Because meaningful growth builds on self-awareness, Learning Labs are available to participants who have completed the Intercultural Mindset Kickstarter or who have previously completed the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) with another Qualified Administrator.
Whether you are looking to strengthen your mindset, expand your knowledge, or develop practical leadership skills, these Labs provide a space to learn, reflect, and practice alongside others committed to growth.
Translate learning into action through practical strategies, workplace scenarios, and personalized growth commitments.

Mindset Learning Labs
Developing intercultural competence begins with mindset. These Labs help participants cultivate the attitudes that support meaningful growth, including cultural humility, curiosity, openness, and self-awareness.
Participants explore how assumptions, experiences, identities, and perspectives shape the way they interpret difference and engage with others.

Knowledge Learning Labs
Knowledge helps us make sense of the differences we encounter every day. These Labs explore concepts such as cultural values, communication styles, identity, and worldview, providing practical frameworks for understanding how people experience and navigate the world differently.
Participants gain language and insights that help them better understand themselves, others, and the dynamics that shape intercultural interactions.

Skillset Learning Labs
Awareness and understanding are important, but growth ultimately requires practice. These Labs focus on developing practical skills for communicating, collaborating, building trust, navigating conflict, and leading across difference.
Through discussion, reflection, and real-world application, participants strengthen their ability to engage difference with greater confidence, adaptability, and effectiveness.
