Intercultural Growth Cohort
Intercultural Growth Cohorts are small group learning experiences designed to help participants build intercultural competence through reflection, dialogue, real world scenarios, and between session practice.
Participants choose one of three focus areas: Navigating Difference, Communication Across Difference, or Leading Across Difference.
Each cohort includes three facilitated 75 minute sessions, a guided workbook, and applied practice designed to build confidence and skill over time.
Scenarios and exercises connected to communication, leadership, identity, and team dynamics.
Real World Application
Structured tools and prompts to support reflection during and between sessions.
Guided Workbook
A reflective cohort space for discussion, shared insight, and learning with others.
Small Group Dialogue

This cohort is best for participants who want to improve how they interpret communication styles, reduce misunderstandings, and adapt in real time across cultural and contextual differences.
Leading Across Difference
Build the skills to lead inclusive, effective teams across difference with intention, adaptability, and care.
This cohort is best for leaders, emerging leaders, and people managers who want to strengthen how they navigate identity, power, communication, trust, and team dynamics.
